1. Estyn Annual Report - Discussion of Draft Report
The Committee agreed the report subject to a couple of minor amendments which will be agreed outside the Committee.
2. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed everybody to the meeting. There were no apologies.

3.1 The Chair welcomed the witnesses. Members questioned the witnesses on the inquiry into adoption.
Action point:
Barnardo’s Cymru agreed to provide a note on concurrency planning.

Action points:
Cwm Taf Health Board agreed to provide the Committee with further information on the holistic spectrum of care for children with mental health problems.
Aneurin Bevan Health Board agreed to provide the Committee with a note on how attachment disorder fits into the CAMHS tiered system and a note on the different types of service provision across Wales highlighting best practice.
